On this seminal Norwegian album originally released on Philips in 1974. Folque, inspired by U.K. peers like Steeleye Span and Fairport Convention and Swedens Kebnekaise, set off to create their own domestic take on progressive folkrock with Norwegian lyrics.
Armed with the traditional Harding Fiddle, dulcimer, mandolins, electric guitars, glorious vocals and a set of songs based on the traditional Norwegian folk music heritage along with some adaptations of traditional English repertoire they created this utterly unique and legendary album. Produced by legendary Norwegian guitarist, Øystein Sunde.
