All products that can be added to the cart can normally be delivered. If a product is no longer in stock, the buyer can still add it to his/her wishlist and will receive an email notification indicating when the product will be available again.
In addition, Coma Records also offers the option of pre-ordering records before their official release date.

We strongly suggest you include multiple items in your order to drastically reduce shipping prices, especially concerning certain European destinations.

Delivery policy and lost shipments

Please allow 1-3 working days for shipping your order. We usually process incoming orders within 24 hours, but small delays due to large amount of orders may occur.

We try to pack super safe. We use LP-designed cross-shaped cardboard boxes, cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrap, to make it as tight and safe as possible.

If an order contains both in stock and backorder items, shipping will be processed once all items become available.

In cases of miscarriage or shipment of faulty or unplayable items we will deliver new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required. Returns of mint items that have been unsealed are not accepted.

Please check the CART page for shipping information. We will replace all lost parcels, so please get in touch with us if your order does not arrive.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible.

Release dates

Release dates for vinyl are estimates. We do our utmost to deliver all orders in time, but from time to time manufacturing or shipping delays are bound to happen.

Payment Methods

PAYPAL
If you prefer PayPal as your payment method, you can select it from the payment methods and upon completion of your order you will be automatically directed to PayPal’s secure online transaction system to make your payment.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD
You can pay for your order by choosing the use of a credit or debit card as a payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron credit and debit cards. For the security of your transactions, the purchase of products is carried out through the secure electronic transactions system of Eurobank.

KLARNA
Pay for your purchase in 3 interest-free payments, so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time.
Just shop and check out as usual! At checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method. For your first purchase, you will be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your Klarna account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!

CASH ON DELIVERY
For those who prefer the traditional method of cash on delivery, there is always the option of paying to the courier upon receipt of your order. The cost of cash on delivery is an extra €2.00

IRIS PAYMENT
If you wish to pay by bank deposit, you can also pay via Iris Payment. You select it as your payment method, connect to your Web Banking details and complete your transaction through your bank.

DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Our IBAN and recipient credentials will be visible to you once you complete your order.

APPLE PAY/GOOGLE PAY
For fast and secure transactions, you can choose the Apple Pay / Google Pay payment method. All you need to do is have your card linked to your mobile phone (for Apple Pay) or log in to your Google account to use the Google Pay option.
