The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Greece/Law 25551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013).

The customer is allowed to cancel the order and receive full refund if the order is not yet shipped.

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us and we’ll replace your item as soon as we can. If we can’t replace your items, we’ll issue a refund.

Some limitations apply: out-of-print items are excluded; signed or limited edition products will be replaced if they can be backordered or are in stock, but once they’re gone they’re gone.
